JPO sandwich concept signs Garment District lease
SLICED, a quick service restaurant featuring open-faced artisanal sandwiches from JPO Concepts, has opened in a 650 S/F ground floor space at 264 West 35th Street in the Garment District.

Eastern Consolidated senior director Brad Cohen and associate director Jon Kamali represented the landlord in the transaction. Moshe Pinsky of Douglas Elliman Real Estate represented the tenant.
“As the Garment District has transitioned from being a manufacturing hub to a center for tech companies, architectural firms, financial businesses, and others, the ground floor retail has become an amenity for the office tenants upstairs,” Cohen said.
“SLICED will be an ideal addition to the property as building owners here are increasingly looking to bring similar energized concepts and high-end QSR’s to this neighborhood.” Kamali added.
JPO Concepts was founded by Helah Kehati in 2009 as an events company. Today, JPO Concepts owns several eatery’s including Hill & Dale, The Folly, and The Brooklyneer.
