DONE DEALS: Roundup of the week in residential sales

MEGAN NIWINSKI

A first-time buyer bought her ideal home in a three-week deal brokered by City Connections agent Megan Niwinski.

The veteran real estate specialist recommended an over-ask offer on a one bedroom in the Clinton Hill Co-ops (pictured top)  when it was listed at $560,000 by Evan Duby at Compass.

“Some units in the complex are priced to see how much the seller can profit,” said Niwinski. “This one was priced to sell. When we viewed the unit and saw how many people attended the open house, we knew we had to act fast and be aggressive.”

Although the seller countered her initial $600,000 offer, the parties agreed on $610,000.

“It was my client’s first time buying a home in New York City and she couldn’t be more excited about scoring her dream home,” said Niwinski.

The one-bedroom unit #9B at 193 Clinton Hill has a windowed kitchen, living room, king-sized bedroom, bathroom, hallway, storage closet and dining area that could be converted to an additional bedroom or home office.
