Atlantic Retail announced that SPEAR Physical Therapy has signed a 10-year lease for 2,500 s/f at 71 North 7th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The space is on the ground floor of Largo’s new building between Kent and Wythe Avenues (rendering top).
SPEAR Physical Therapy was represented by Atlantic Retail’s Joe Mastromonaco, Fritz Kemerling, and Evan Clements, while the landlord was represented by CBRE’s Dean Rosenzweig, Jeremy Scholder, Stefani Steinberg, and Chris Betting.

“Williamsburg has been a market of interest for Spear for years. We liked North 7th Street due to it having convenient access to the L Train as well as being a desirable street for pedestrians. 71 North 7th Street is also a beautiful new building with great natural light and high ceilings,” said Evan Clements.
SPEAR Physical Therapy currently has twenty locations and counting throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, and Westchester County.
