The Parkoff Organization has purchased three adjacent mixed-use buildings in Upper Manhattan for $14 million, according to city records.
The six-story properties, at 192-206 Dyckman Street, total 74,652 s/f and have 72 residential units and 12 commercial units, according to PropertyShark.
Adam Parkoff, a principal of the Long Island-based Parkoff Organization, wasn’t available to comment.
Broker Roberto Guilbet of Inwood Property Group, who handles the retail space, said it was fully leased.
The White Plains, N.Y.-based Goldberg Group was the seller. Officials at Goldberg weren’t available to comment.
Parkoff has been actively acquiring new buildings. In January, it purchased two properties at 431 and 441 Third Avenue, totaling 55,000 s/f, for $22 million. In April 2010, it purchased 1248-1250 Lexington Avenue for $10 million.
