Olbermann agent Ginger Shukrun heads to Stribling

Ginger Shukrun is jumping to Stribling with her team.

The broker – who last year helped political pundit Keith Olbermann offload his Trump Palace apartment – specializes in high-end sales on the Upper East Side as well as condo and co-op apartments across New York and New Jersey.

GINGER SHUKRUN

Shukrun has been an agent for over 15 years, serving at the Trump Organization as well as Town and, most recently, Compass.

GINA CASTELLANO

She led the Ginger Shukrun Team at Compass, which includes Gretchen Hardey, Brett Frank, and Irina Karapici – all of whom are joining her at Stribling’s Chelsea location at 340 West 23rd Street.

Shukrun said she was excited about the move, calling Stribling “a rare real estate brand that is both venerable and dynamic, as well as a true New York City brokerage that is known and respected all over the world.”

Stribling has also appointed a new Brooklyn director of sales to replace Catherine Witherwax, who is returning  to work residential sales and rentals out of the Chelsea office.

Gina Castellano is the new Brooklyn Director of Sales. An agent with Stribling for nearly three years, Castellano has been in the business for over a decade following a career in the film and television industry.
