More than 100 people attended an ABO/NYARM panel discussion during the Building Management Expo on Sept. 12 at the Pennsylvania Hotel in Midtown.
Moderated by Dan Marguiles, Executive Director of the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater NY (ABO), the panel comprised of Greg Carlson, president of Carlson Realty, Michael Wolfe, President of Midboro Management, and David Kuperburg, CEO of Cooper Square Realty.
Panelists fielded questions from Marguiles about how their operations differ depending on the size of their companies, what techniques help them be successful and keep tenants happy, and what qualities are most important for future agents in the modern industry.
Following the discussion, panelists answered questions from audience members and shared tips on how to increase efficiency and profits.
