Noodle restaurant will open on Sixth Avenue

Very Fresh Noodles is opening its first spot outside of an incubator space in Chelsea Market, having signed a lease at 980 Avenue of Americas. Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) Managing Director David Abrams and Associate Carly Geller represented the landlord, Vanbarton Group and Ava Kim of AKRE NYC represented the tenant.

Very Fresh Noodles, an interactive Asian quick service restaurant focused on hand-pulled noodles, will occupy an 830 s/f space.

At Chelsea Market, the noodle shop is one of the highest revenue earners per square foot. The company was looking for street space with heavy foot traffic and wide exposure to grow its New York City presence.
