The Jeffrey, a midtown bar known for serving hard-to-find international and local brews and organic local wines, will be opening its second location at 263 West 19th Street.
The bar will be taking 750 s/f of retail space and 850 s/f of basement space, with asking rent set at $8,500.
Representing the owner was William Abramson and Elba Diaz of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group, LLC. Milana Kakuriyeva and Stephanie Moore, Lee & Associates, repped the tenant.
The Jeffrey, which also serves food, already has a location at 311 East 60th Street.
