M Properties announced a long-term lease between 20 John St Commons LLC, and one of the city’s top Asian Fusion restaurant groups, operating as Dee Mark Inc.
Former It’s A Pizza space on John Street will be replaced by a quick-service restaurant. The operators saw a need to cater to the variety-starved residents of FiDi, and the projected 300,000 daily customers of Fulton Center.
The same creators have created popular destinations in Manhattan such as Spot Dessert Bar, Ember Room, Room Service, and Obao.
Max Dylan Lu of M Properties represented the tenant, while The Malachite Group was represented in-house by Melody Malekan.
