Serhant joins sales at Austin Nicols
Ryan Serhant is taking over sales and marketing at Austin Nichols House on the Williamsburg Waterfront.
The building has had over 100 closings since last June. Serhant and his team have been hired to continue that momentum, according to co-developer LIVWRK Holdings.

Originally conceived by Cass Gilbert in the early 20th century, Austin Nichols House has been re-designed by Morris Adjmi as studio to three bedroom condos with high, beamed ceilings, tobacco smoked oak flooring, concrete columns and Manhattan skyline views.
Encompassing an entire city block, the building has a fitness center, on-site parking, full-time doorman, second floor zen garden and third floor courtyard spanning the entire interior core of the building.

There is also a screening room, lounge and catering kitchen, playroom, business center, sound-proof jam room, outdoor fireplace and a roof deck.
