● HOPESTREET
Living large in Brooklyn
Sales have begun at The Hendrik, a new Boerum Hill condominium with 33 spacious residences.
Located 509 Pacific Street, the Hendrick was developed by Hopestreet and designed by Beyer Blinder Belle.
The 33 units range from two- through four-bedrooms priced from $1.625 million, three bedrooms are priced from $2.5 million, and four-bedrooms are priced from $2.9 million.
More than half of the homes will feature private outdoor spaces of up to nearly 1,140 s/f.
“By living and raising our families in Brooklyn, we know what it takes for comfortable living in brownstone Brooklyn, and we wanted to design a building that brings to market what’s been missing in our borough’s new developments, which is a real focus on both livability and craftsmanship,” said Jeffrey Gershon, principal of Hopestreet.
“This is why buyers will find our two-bedrooms, for example, are about 20 percent larger than the average new two-bedroom, and our great rooms average 20 feet by 30 feet. We’ve incorporated many details like this that make apartment life easier, and have designed a building that we are proud to add to the fabric of Boerum Hill.”
Stephen G. Kliegerman, president of Halstead Property Development Marketing, is leading marketing.
