HFZ Capital Group has launched closings at 11 Beach Street, the BKSK Architects and Thomas Juul-Hansen-designed Tribeca condominium.
The pre-war, 10-story loft building has been modernized into 27 luxury homes. The building welcomed its first residents in early 2017.
11 Beach Street features three- to five-bedroom apartments, including spacious lofts, two penthouses and three triplex townhouses.

Known for his private residences and interiors work on One57, Juul-Hansen has created downtown-inspired great rooms framed by efficient, oversized glass casement windows.

The penthouses will be cAompleted by early Spring 2017 and both feature duplex indoor and outdoor living, connected by custom crafted staircases.
The private triplex townhouses have private entryways with steel-canopied, framed front doors.
Each boast a Thomas Juul-Hansen-designed private spa anchored by a custom 40-50-foot stainless steel pool with a LUCITE wall.
Douglas Elliman is the exclusive marketing and sales agent for 11 Beach Street. Remaining residences are priced from $8.55 million.

Sales launch at Upper West Side conversion

GTIS Partners announced the launch of sales for 101 West 78th Street, its condominium conversion project on the Upper West Side, across the street from the Museum of Natural History.
Built in the late 19th century and designed by Emile Gruwe, 101 West 78th Street is being transformed into a collection of 23 residences offering two-to-five-bedroom layouts and including one full-floor penthouse. fEB8gtis
Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing is spearheading the sales and marketing for the property, with a team led by Anne Sullivan Young and Amanda J. Young.

The transformation of 101 West 78th Street commenced in 2015, and buyers will be able to move in this year.

PMG rental open for occupancy

Kevin Maloney, founder and principal of Property Markets Group, announced that leasing has officially begun at 1 QPS Tower, currently the tallest residential development in Long Island City.
Located at 42-20 42nd residences with architecture and interiors by SLCE Architects.
A leasing office spearheaded by Douglas Elliman’s New Development Marketing team is located in the building. Occupancy is underway.

Academy opens in Astoria

Seven-stories of modern, luxury apartments, several with private outdoor spaces, are now available for rent at The Academy in Astoria, Queens.

BOND New York agent Jennifer Rouse has been named the exclusive salesperson of a new 16-unit condominium development at 31st Road and Crescent Street in Astoria, Queens.
Called The Lincoln and developed by Danzig Organization, the building is currently still under construction.
