The Serhant Team at Nest Seekers International have launched sales at Chelsea Waterside Residences.
Located at 559 West 23rd Street, the 13-story building has six duplex lofts. Ryan Serhant and Ivy Kramp are representing the building.

The building was designed by NBO4 Architects and was constructed in 2016.

Shephard model feels like home

The Naftali Group unveiled model unit 6D, a 3,800 s/f residence at the Shephard designed by James “Ford” Huniford of Huniford Design Studio.
The Shephard, a historic Romanesque Revival former warehouse in the West Village, offers 38 transformed pre-war style apartments.
shephard-libraryOf the 38 residences at the Shephard, 26 are unique. 6D is a corner residence facing south and west with three bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, den, eat-in-kitchen, dining room and living room. Is it listed for $11,850,000.

Curated by James Huniford in collaboration with Creative Growth, an organization in Oakland, Calif., that works with adult artists who have developmental, mental and physical disabilities, an art collection of 42 original pieces, including works by Dan Miller, Dwight Mackintosh and Ed Walters will be on loan through December 31, 2016 in the model unit.
Amenities at the building include a gym, lounge, Sports Court with basketball hoop, and steam rooms, Pilates studio, golf simulator/screening room, rock climbing bouldering wall and game room.
Prices begin at $6.675 for a three-bedroom. Occupancy is slated for fall 2016.

Final phase of Henley on Hudson about to get underway
Lennar will launch pre-construction sales later this year for the final phase of luxury condominium residences at Henley on Hudson, a waterfront community along the Hudson River in Weehawken, NJ facing midtown Manhattan.
henley-on-hudson-final-phase-1Construction is underway on the new collection of 67 residences which will be situated in two buildings of four and six stories above a private parking garage. Initial occupancy is scheduled for early 2018.
The new condominium offering will come to market following the successful sell-out of earlier phases at Henley on Hudson, representing the final opportunities to live within the 201-home waterfront community.
