ERP unveils penthouse

East River Partners LLC (ERP) has kicked off fall with a sales re-launch and the unveiling of its fully furnished duplex penthouse model apartment at 415 East 6th Street in the East Village.

Joseph Cohen, ERP principal and co-founder, said, “Now that the building is completed, prospective buyers can walk in the lobby and see the apartments and finishes that are common to all three residences which are almost ready for immediate occupancy.”

The boutique condominium conversion project, designed by Kushner Studios, refashions the historic Adas Yisroel Anshe Mezritch Synagogue.

It offers buyers two unique 1,900 s/f floor-thru residences and a duplex penthouse at over 2,500 s/f designed within a historic, 1910 neoclassical limestone façade that features ornate architectural details and original stained glass windows. Prices range from $2.95 million to $4.395 million.

Serhant opens East Village model

Ryan Serhant and The Serhant Team, of Nest Seekers International, have launched their model unit at East Village luxury condominium 100 Avenue A.

The Serhant Team is the exclusive sales team for the property. The building is currently 75 percent sold – with closings to begin this fall.

A handful of apartments remain, with one bedrooms from $1.325 million and two bedrooms from $1.75 million.

The building was developed by Magnum Real Estate Group and designed by the veteran New York City firm, Issac & Stern Architects, P.C. Kitchens are by Effeti of Italy.

The modern designs and bevy of amenities include a landscaped common roof deck, a second floor common garden, bicycle storage, residential storage, a new Blink Fitness gym and a 24-7 doorman.

After a two-year renovation, The Printing House West Village has opened new landscaped garden mews surrounded by two ground-up townhouses and three maisonettes designed by architect Andrew Kotchen and his firm Workshop/APD.

A 2,100 s/f landscaped mews created by Gunn Landscape Architecture occupies a gated passage from Leroy to Carlton Streets, behind the main building at 421 Hudson Street. The four-bedroom newly-built townhouses starting at $13,125,000 are available for immediate occupancy.  The three-bedroom maisonettes starting at $4,275,000 are available for occupancy later this year.

All sales and marketing is being handled by The Corcoran Group.
