New 34-Million Dollar Luxury Rental Community Planned for Lebanon, TN

Burkentine Real Estate Group, a Pennsylvania-based commercial development company, announced the purchase of 17.21 acres in Lebanon, Tennessee. Plans have been approved to build Legends, a 116-unit luxury rental townhome community on the site.  The property, located on Tater Peeler Road, provides easy access to I-40 and US 231 making it a perfect location for commuters heading into Nashville. The community will offer turn-key living and will be served by on-site maintenance and property management staff. Burkentine is hoping to break ground by late May.

“The Nashville area is a new market for us. Lebanon in particular has been an area that has seen steady growth.  The city has done a good job attracting new business and investing in the infrastructure to support it.  We look forward to a great working relationship.  We are excited to get to know the people and businesses of Lebanon. We love that friends and neighbors will be able to gather and enjoy the local hometown feel of Lebanon, yet still be a short drive from the hustle and bustle of the Music City!” – Mike Burkentine, Owner of Burkentine Real Estate Group.
