Luxury Upper West Side Condo Building “The Westly” Closes Record-Breaking  $13.5 Million Sale of Penthouse A 

Adam America Real Estate and Northlink Capital developers of The Westly, a boutique luxury condo building located at 251 West 91st Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, announced today the $13.5 million sale of Penthouse A. The sales price marks the highest price per-square-foot ever achieved for a condo above East or West 86th Street in Manhattan. Shlomi Reuveni of Reuveni Development Marketing brokered the transaction on behalf of the developers and Shirley Hackel of Compass represented the New York-based buyer.
