Real estate investment and development firm Michael Paul Enterprises held an exclusive screening party for the Season 4 premier episode of Bravo TV’s Million Dollar Listing New York at its new boutique condominium development “The Justin.” Located at 225 East 81st Street between Second and Third Avenues, the event was held in conjunction with the show’s star, Ryan Serhant of Nest Seekers International, who is also the project’s head of sales. The Justin is a six-story building located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side consisting of five residences – a four-bedroom triplex maisonette with a private garden; three floor through, three-bedroom apartments; and a three-bedroom penthouse, including 1,700 s/f roof deck. Amenities include coffered ceilings, masonry fireplaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, a fitness center and more.
