Logistics Property Company Celebrates Fifth Anniversary Benefiting Make-A-Wish®

Logistics Property Company, LLC (“LPC”), a modern logistics real estate developer, investor, and manager headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, will celebrate the company’s 5th Anniversary on May 11, 2023, with a reception to benefit Make-A-Wish®.

The event, being held at Offshore Rooftop at Navy Pier, Chicago, will be hosted by Jim Martell, LPC’s Chief Executive Officer, and feature emcee Sean Lewis, award-winning journalist, and WGN anchor. LPC is grateful to all event sponsors for their generous donations, which have allowed LPC to meet their goal prior to the event, which will include a live auction to further raise funds to help provide life-changing wish experiences for children facing critical illnesses.

Since the company’s inception in 2018, LPC has celebrated each anniversary by bringing all employees together, along with national lenders, contractors, suppliers, vendors, and partners, raising money to benefit Make-A-Wish®. To date, LPC has raised more than $800,000. Mr. Martell shared, “We are exceeding our goal this year and are sincerely grateful to those who helped us achieve that success with their generous donations. Community involvement is a key component of what we stand for as a company, and we will continue that effort for years to come.”

This year, generous donors had the opportunity to designate their contributions to local Make-A-Wish chapters that serve the children in the areas where Logistics Property Company’s eight offices are located: Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, and Seattle.

Stephanie Springs, Chief Executive Officer of Make-A-Wish Illinois, stated, “We are pleased to celebrate five years of partnership with Logistics Property Company and are grateful to their donors for helping us provide life-changing wishes to so many children.”

LPC greatly appreciates all contributions, in addition to the event sponsors:
