Law firm renews at ATCOʼs 555 Fifth Avenue

Nicoletti Gonson Spinner LLP, an insurance litigation law firm, has signed a five-year, 12,500 s/f lease renewal at ATCO Properties & Management’s signature office building at 555 Fifth Avenue.

The firm, which represents major national and international insurance and reinsurance companies, in a range of insurance-related matters, has occupied a portion of the 8th floor of the building since 2006.

Jerry Suchman and John Walker of ATCO Brokerage Services represented the landlord in-house. Asking rents were $64 per square foot.

“Nicoletti Gonson Spinner LLP has been a mainstay at 555 Fifth Avenue for more than 12 years, and we are delighted to extend our relationship for many years to come,” said Kate Hemmerdinger Goodman, co-president at ATCO Properties & Management.

“Given its visibility, high foot traffic and convenience of being in close proximity to Grand Central Terminal, 555 Fifth Avenue remains an ideal Midtown location.”

Located on the southeast corner of East 46th Street, the 20-story, LEED Silver awarded, 555 Fifth Avenue hosts a list of prominent tenants, including Harris Corporation, CW Financial Services and retailer Barnes & Noble.

The building is also the soon-to-be home of cosmetics retailer L’Occitane En Provence, which signed a 3,378 s/f lease earlier this year to establish a new retail flagship store at the property.
