SCG-Retail announced the signing of two leases for Papyrus in New York City.
The first is a 1,000 s/f space with 300 s/f in the basement for NIQUEA.D, a new fashion accessories concept at 1335 Third Avenue, between 76th-77th Streets.
The second is a 2,500 s/f space on the ground (1,500 s/f in the basement) for a combination Papyrus/NIQUEA.D at 678 Hudson Street in the Meatpacking District between 13th and 14th Streets.
Both deals were handled by Jacqueline Klinger of SCG Retail, who represents Papyrus exclusively in the New York Metro region.
This is the second NIQUEA.D location, a new concept from the founders of Papyrus. The new store is next to the hot restaurant, Atlantic Grill and the fashion retailer Yumi. The building is owned by the Mautner-Glick Corporation. The space was previously a jeans store.
The Papyrus/ NIQUEA.D location at 678 Hudson is adjacent to the recently opened Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, across from the Apple store. The building is owned by Lloyd Goldman.
