Brits at Marquand
Thor High Street Advisors has secured a 2,200 s/f space at 816 Madison at 68th street, for the upscale London fashion staple Kent & Curwen.
The boutique will be located next to Italian tailored brand Belstaff in the Marquand building.
“For certain brands, only the Madison Avenue’s established, modern chic will do,” said Matthew A. Seigel, of Thor.
Russians in NoMad
Saint Petersburg Global Trade House, the oldest Russian book, music, video, toy and souvenir company in the US, has signed a lease for their first Manhattan location at 261 Fifth Avenue in NoMad.
Winick Realty Group’s Tatiana Jung and Richard Smith represented the retailer, who signed a 10-year lease for 1,700 s/f.
The landlord, an entity owned and managed under a partnership controlled by The Feil Organization, was represented in-house.
Muscle in Chelsea
Muscle Maker Grill, the health-conscious restaurant chain, has signed a lease to move its operations from 92 Eighth Avenue to 114 Seventh Avenue in Chelsea.
The 1,000 s/f storefront formerly housed a pizzeria. Jonathan Banayan, of Winick Realty Group, represented Muscle Maker Grill in the lease transaction. Landlord Duell Management was represented in-house.
