JLL subleases another chunk of Conde Nast space at 1 WTC

JLL has completed a 48,000 s/f long-term sublease with Constellation Agency on behalf of Advance for the entire 21st floor of One World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan. The tenant is relocating from 110 William St.

Peter Riguardi, chairman and president of the New York tri-state region, and Joseph Messina and Steven Rotter, vice chairmen, with JLL represented Advance in the transaction. Dale Schlather, executive vice chairman, and Greg Herman, director, with Cushman & Wakefield represented Constellation Agency.

Constellation Agency is a SaaS company that offers tech-enabled marketing and creative services, managing hyper-targeted campaigns through a proprietary advertising engine. The company provides a hybrid approach to advertising through internal and client-facing technology tools.

JLL is exclusive leasing agent for Advance, which is offering for sublease some 400,000 s/f of space at One World Trade Center. JLL also recently completed a 40,000 s/f, long-term sublease for Reddit for the entire 33rd floor of One World Trade Center.

“The leasing momentum for the Advance space at One World Trade Center highlights the superior quality of the design and the growing interest in Lower Manhattan by technology and creative firms,” Riguardi said. “The available space provides tenants with significant flexibility, spectacular views and access to abundant amenities.”
