Thor Retail Advisors has secured space for French jewelry designer Aurélie Bidermann at 955 Madison Ave. on the Upper East Side.
The location features 600 s/f on the ground level, with more than 20 ft. of frontage on Madison Avenue.
Aurélie Bidermann has signed a long-term lease for the space, and will be opening in the first quarter of 2016.
“Madison Avenue above 72nd Street is continuing to grow in stature as a prime shopping destination, with retailers attracted to the area’s recent additions including the new Apple Store located across the street at 940 Madison Avenue, and the Metropolitan Museum of Art expanding to 945 Madison,” said Dan Harroch, senior vice president at Thor Retail Advisors.
