William Macklowe Company and Goldman Sachs invited guests and brokers to celebrate the opening of 21E12 and Selldorf Architects’ new monograph Portfolios and Projects. Guests mingled and toured the gallery before leaving with their own copies of Selldorf Architects’ new monograph.
21E12th Street is a ground-up residential project in Greenwich Village developed by William Macklowe Company, together with co-developer Goldman Sachs.
Selldorf Architects designed the 22-story, 52-unit building with residences ranging in size from one-four bedrooms and a select number of townhomes and penthouses.
