Designed by Hill West Architects and situated at 42-12 28th Street, between 42nd Road and Queens Plaza South, the building contains 451 units and rises 57 stories. The elevatored building’s amenities include basement storage, pool, roof deck, elevator, business center, children’s playroom, lounge, fitness center, on-site parking, screening room, spa / therapy room and terraces / balconies.
During a broker event held on the 45th floor outdoor furnished terrace of Tower 28, owner Doug Partrick welcomed guests with MNS CEO Andrew Barrocas. Guests enjoyed catering by Cloud Catering and entertainment from Body Rock DJ Entertainment.
