Centaur Properties and Greyscale Development Group, along with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, recently held a private dinner to celebrate the launch of sales for Jardim, the new luxury condominium development designed by Brazilian architect and designer Isay Weinfeld. Isay was recently named the interior designer of the new Four Seasons restaurant and Jardim will be his first New York City building. The dinner – which featured guests such as Isay Weinfeld, Howard Lorber of Douglas Elliman, Nir Meir of HFZ Capital Group and many others – took place inside the new Jardim sales gallery. Guests sat inside a recreation of the block-long tunnel that is one of Jardim’s signature design features.
