Nelson Management /Global One Investments has tapped Imani Q’ryn Realty, a Brooklyn-based residential brokerage, to serve as exclusive leasing agent for Atlantic Plaza Towers.
The two-building, 718-unit complex is located at 216 Rockaway Avenue and 249 Thomas S. Boyland Street in Crown Heights.
Atlantic Plaza Towers is fifth property in the owner’s portfolio to be represented by the broker.
The broker team will be led by company founder Imani Q’ryn and associate broker Marilyn Fleming.
