Hill Country Hospitality to stay in NoMad

Hill Country Hospitality has renewed its lease at 30 West 26th Street in NoMad.

Joseph Armano, CEO of Armano Real Estate, arranged a 10,990 s/f renewal  best known for bring authentic cuisine, original culture, and the famed music of the Central Texas barbecue belt to New York City. 

“Hill Country Hospitality has pioneered the restaurant industry in its NoMad neighborhood”, said Armano. “Hill Country is a New York City favorite and this deal allows for improvements to their space and significant additional term.  We are pleased to have helped the company achieve its long-term real estate plan and vision.”

30 West 26th Street is comprised of 12 floors totaling 97,900 s/f. The building is located between Broadway and Sixth Avenue within the NoMad submarket just north of Madison Square Park and surrounded by boutique hotels and restaurants.
