Harbor club restaurant weighs anchor at new Brooklyn marina

Global luxury marina and leisure club brand, ONE15 Marina, is coming to Brooklyn.

The club is opening in the heart of Brooklyn Bridge Park with New York City’s newest marina, between Piers 4 and 5, and will have a complementary restaurant at One Brooklyn Bridge to service the local community and marine visitors.

The marina opened earlier his month and the restaurant and Harbor Club for members is expected to open soon. CPEX’s Brooklyn Retail Leasing Team, consisting of managing director Ryan Condren, associate director George Danut and associate Keat Chew, represented the landlord in negotiating the lease transaction with ONE15 Marina and their new restaurant concept. Hal Lehrman of Brooklyn Properties represented the tenant.

This is the third tenant CPEX has placed at One Brooklyn Bridge, along with Abahaya Yoga and Vendome Macaron. “We are very excited to play a part in the restaurant that will be connected to the city’s first new marina in more than 20 years,” said Condren.

“The ONE15 Brooklyn Marina restaurant will be a tremendous amenity for Brooklyn Bridge Park as it continues to take shape. This is another great example of the city maximizing the Brooklyn waterfront.”

The restaurant, which has yet to be named, will occupy approximately 5,000 s/f of ground level retail at 360 Furman Street, also known as One Brooklyn Bridge. The property is a mixed-use building between Piers 5 and 6 with 438 luxury residences and over 30,000 s/f of retail space in Brooklyn Bridge Park, the borough’s most significant new green oasis in 140 years.

Owned by SUTL Group in partnership with Edgewater Resources, ONE15 Brooklyn Marina will be the first new marina built in the New York Harbor in over two decades. The marina will offer seasonal docking for boats up to 250 feet long, as well as community programming to offer boating and kayaking to the local community.
