The Hakimian Organization announced that 75 Wall, the luxury condominium atop the Andaz Wall Street hotel, has launched a VIP Card for its residents in collaboration with nine Financial District (FiDi) retailers, restaurants and boutiques.
An all-access pass to FiDi, the card provides residents with special offers at local establishments and promotes “buying local.”
Ben Hakimian, founder and president of The Hakimian Organization, the building’s developer, said, “With access to five-star hotel amenities and now priority treatment throughout the area, residents of 75 Wall enjoy a truly full-service lifestyle.”
Benefits range from a 10 to 20 percent discount to upgraded services, priority reservations and free delivery. Participating merchants include La Maison du Chocolat, Downtown Cellars, Greenwich Jewelers, Fabio Doti Salon and Andaz Wall Street.
The Hakimian Organization plans to expand the VIP Card Program as FiDi continues to grow and welcome new business.
