The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph Aquino, executive vice president, along with Arthur Maglio, of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group has arranged the Manhattan debut of award-winning by the way Bakery at 2442 Broadway, between 90th and 91st Streets.
Already the recipient of a Best-of-Westchester award, by the way bakery specializes in gourmet gluten-free, vegan-based pastries, prepared without wheat, rye or barley flours, dairy or eggs.
“On top of being a great gluten-free story, our client makes some of the most scrumptious pastries in the world,” opined Consolo. “A growing demand for gluten-free gourmet fare should also make this the most popular shop on the block.”
