515 East 72 celebrated its outdoor amenities with a Summer Garden Party attended by over 60 New York City brokers.
The party showcased the private outdoor experiences available as well as the craftsmanship and design of one of Europe’s finest living jewelry designers, Gilbert Albert.
The party was held in the half-acre private park which is a field of green lawn framed by manicured landscape of flowers and grasses. There are two outdoor yoga platforms and several outdoor café seating areas for al fresco dining or socializing. Multi-tiered sun decks, with chaise lounges, have access to the 56-foot glass enclosed pool and Jacuzzi.
A fitness facility with private trainers also offers an indoor rock-climbing wall, basketball and squash court, arts studio, and media room.
The Garden Party began with brokers viewing the four model apartments on the 38th floor including the 3-bedroom home created by interior designer Mariette Himes Gomez. 85% of the building is sold.
Ehsan Pishyar and Mojdeh Pishyar, members of the Gilbert Albert Board of Directors and Sharon Ray, Vice President of Gilbert Albert Jewelry, spoke on how nature inspires Gilbert Albert as he designs his one-of-a-kind hand-made pieces.
The Corcoran Sunshine Sales Team wore Gilbert Albert rings, earrings and necklaces composed of diamonds, pearls, an assortment of tourmalines and glass beads woven into different colors of gold.

Lauren Witkoff, of The Witkoff Group, then announced the winners of the raffle:
- · Maurice Bigio, from Weichert Realty Seventh Avenue office, won two tickets to Shakespeare in the Park
- · Audrey Klein, from Citi Financials, won the gold Gilbert Albert ring from the Interchangeable Collection
