“In the heart of Lincoln Square, The Coronado is the ideal location for Roche Bobois’ newest location,” said Jeffrey Katz, CEO and principal owner of Sherwood Equities. “We are excited to bring this world-renowned brand to the neighborhood and provide Upper West Side residents with another premiere shopping destination.”

Located on the northwest corner of West 70th Street and Broadway, The Coronado is a 22-story condominium with prime retail space on its ground floor. Current retail tenants at the property include LensCrafters and Sabon. The building sits two blocks from the West 72nd Street subway station, and close to the neighborhood’s top shopping and dining destinations.

RKF Vice Chairman Ariel Schuster and Senior Director Andrew Connolly represented Sherwood Equities in the transaction. Roche Bobois was represented by The Greenberg Group’s Zack Gross.
