Briggs Elwell, former business development executive at Related Rentals, has joined the city’s newest brokerage.
OPTIMAR Premier Real Estate opened its first NYC office at 60 East 42nd Street. It will house 20 residential agents by the end of this month.
Elwell will lead the team in its focus on residential rentals and sales, as well as commercial brokerage and development deals.
OPTIMAR is successful in South Florida. Established in 1998 by CEO Hernan Gleizer, they have a team of close to 700 agents and an international network, including an office in Buenos Aires.
The company is the exclusive broker for various Related Group commercial spaces in South Florida.
