Forever 21 joins Sky View Center roster

The Shops at Sky View Center has announced that national retailer Forever 21 has signed a lease with plans to open at the Queens shopping destination this coming spring.
The store, to be located on Level D across from Nordstrom Rack, will occupy a 10,093 s/f space.

The addition of Forever 21 introduces another national brand to the Downtown Flushing community.
“The leasing momentum at The Shops at SkyView Center continues with the addition of Forever 21, which further establishes The Shops at SkyView Center as a preferred venue for today’s top national retailers in the region,” said Michael Dana, president of Onex Real Estate Partners, owner and developer of The Shops at SkyView Center.
“We expect Forever 21 to further complement our growing list of retailers and attract additional fashion-focused brands to this destination shopping center.”
Forever 21, purveyor of trend-savvy, quality items at a great value, signed a lease at the start of the fourth quarter to secure space in the shopping center, home to a growing roster of fashion-forward vendors geared towards shoppers of all ages. T
The store will join the approximately 700,000 s/fOnex Real Estate development, which is home to a diverse mix of top retailers, including Nordstrom Rack, The Children’s Place, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Best Buy, Marshall’s and Restoration Hardware Outlet.
