Patience paid of for an Upper West Side owner who listed their home last summer with Argo Residential’s Sheryl Berger.
The veteran agent put the one bedroom at 304 West 75th Street on the market for $579,000 and received a flood of offers.
Unfortunately, the deals fell through, and the owner decided to take the apartment off the market in October and wait until the spring to re-list.
That’s when fellow Argo agent Linda Lepson stepped in.
She was working with a client who loved the building and was looking for a one-bedroom.
Berger spoke with the owner, who agreed to let her show it to Lepson’s buyer over Christmas — but at an increased ask of $619,000.
The deal closed at $600,000 this month and everyone is happy.
The unit, 6G, has a new kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, and a windowed en-suite bathroom.
The building has a 24-hour doorman, live-in super, laundry, fitness room, bicycle storage, storage lockers and a private landscaped garden.
