Three leading brokers have joined Douglas Elliman as the company continues to expand in South Florida
Pablo Alfaro and Daniel Tzinker will now hang their licenses with Elliman while Horacio LeDon will become president of development marketing in Florida and senior managing director of development marketing New York.
Alfaro, formerly with EWM, joins as executive vice president where he will provide leadership in the marketing of new development projects and in furthering the brokerage’s growing pipeline.
The bilingual Alfaro brings 16 years of experience in both the Miami and New York markets, and has been affiliated with Douglas Elliman’s New York brokerage for some time.
Tzinker, formerly with South Beach International (SBI) Realty, specializes in luxury sales and working with Russian and Middle Eastern buyers and investors. He joins Douglas Elliman as director of luxury sales.
In addition to expanding its sales force, the brokerage has opened a new office in condo-centric Aventura where 4Q 2012 price indicators posted double-digit gains, with the median sales price increasing 31.7 percent from the same period last year.
Sales associates Richard and Ivonn Goihman will be involved in the progression of the brokerage’s Aventura office, located at 18851 NE 29 Avenue.
