Ian Bruce Eichner’s The Continuum Company has released renderings of its new tower at 45 East 22nd Street.

Located between Broadway and Park Avenue South in the Flatiron District, near Madison Square Park, the building features 83 condominium residences ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms

At 64 stories the building will rise 777 ft. and offer 360 degree views of the Manhattan skyline in all directions.

The building is designed by Kohn Pederson Fox Associates, and will feature multiple amenity floors within the building exclusive to residents .

Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is the exclusive marketing and sales agent. Sales will launch fall 2014 and occupancy will begin fall 2016.
