Citi Habitats agent Andrew Sacks recently helped an international client purchase #12C at The Nolita Place Condominium (pictured top) at 199 Bowery for $625,000.

The studio unit boasts views of the city skyline and Williamsburg Bridge through a row of oversized windows. The modern galley kitchen includes with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
Sack said, “While representing a rental listing, a woman called me and asked if my client would consider selling instead, as she wanted to buy a pied-a-terre in the building.
“My clients weren’t interested, but I sent letters to the owners of all the other studios in the building to let them know I had a motivated potential buyer — and then continued to follow-up.”
Sacks’ proactive strategy worked, as the owner of #12C was potentially interested in making a deal. After some back-and-forth, the sales price was agreed-upon and Sacks’ client got the Manhattan get-away she was hoping for.
Said Sacks, “Sometimes it takes a little digging to find that perfect gem. It’s my job to be resourceful to help my clients achieve their dreams.”
