DONE DEALS: New Harlem record set

Corcoran broker David Daniels announced the sale of a one-bedroom, duplex penthouse in East Harlem’s Sedona at 346 East 119th Street for a record price of $750,000.
Back in 2011, Daniels sold the same apartment for $490,000.

According to Daniels, this time, there were multiple offers on the luxury condo that was asking $669,000 and sold after just 42 days on the market.
“This sale is a record price for a one bedroom in East Harlem,” said Daniels. “It’s exceptional that East Harlem is now starting to see price per square foot consistently breaking $800.”
The 870 s/f apartment features a small home office and 388 additional square feet of “spectacular” outdoor space, including a landscaped, wooden roof deck and a full-sized balcony.
The kitchen has a full suite of Bosch stainless steel appliances and there are custom built-in closets, bath with radiant heated floors, washer/dryer, and locked basement storage.
