DONE DEALS: Kobner is cool and calm on Washington Street

Argo Real Estate’s Harold Kobner said it was no surprise to him when his listing at 471 Washington Street closed within 12 days.
“This expansive apartment had a lot to offer, from its river views and 416 s/f of private planted outdoor space to the custom-built, 214-bottle wine closet,ˮ said Kobner.

“Situated in a prime location with access to Hudson River Park, Tribeca and SoHo retail and restaurants this apartment is a true gem.ˮ
Kobner listed the two bedroom, 2.5-bath unit #4B at $4.9 million. It was sold for $4.775 million to a buyer brought in by TOWNʼs Stephen Ferrara.
Among the many special touches that wowed the buyers were the electronic shades, hand plastered Venetian walls, German-engineered Schuco windows, Calcatta Borgini marble counters and Sonos wireless throughout
471 Washington (pictured top) is a collection of 12 contemporary Tribeca lofts, each with outdoor space and direct, key-locked elevator entry.
