Corcoran Sunshine has closed on the last sponsor sale at Manhattan House at 200 East 66th Street.

Residents also get access to a courtyard, garden, roof deck and terraces.
The final sponsor unit was its #A37 which was just sold to an LLC for $2.1 million.
The 2-bed, 2-bed unit was originally listed in July 2017 for $2.45 million and spent 448 days on the market.
