DONE DEALS: $12M penthouse sale at Gale’s 21W20 tower

BHS broker Rachel Glazer has just closed on the $12.35 million sale of Penthouse Two at Gale International’s luxury 21W20 in Flatiron.
The 4,663 s/f full floor home, with a 75 ft. long, 525 s/f terrace, was bought by a local couple looking for more space for their family.

“The buyers were immediately drawn to the open floor plan and its opportunity for year round indoor/outdoor living and entertainment options,ˮ said Glazer, noting heʼs a finance executive and sheʼs a stay-at-home mom to twins. Their broker was Shari Markoff of Douglas Elliman.
“The abundance of light and the fact that the penthouses are stepped back for the ultimate in privacy, all the while providing immediate access to the emerging Flatiron District with its new restaurants, retail and fitness facilities were hugely appealing.”
The four bedroom, 4.5-bath penthouse has direct elevator entry, a media room and 1,000 s/f master suite
The final penthouse at 21W20 (pictured top)was released in November for $13.5 million.
