DONE DEALS: Inside job for Pedicini

Sometimes, the perfect home is closer than you think —just ask Citi Habitats agent Andrea Pedicini.

He just closed on the $995,000 sale of an apartment the buyers had been living in for nearly a decade.

“I was lucky enough to know the buyers personally and convinced them to present an offer to the owner,” explained Pedicini, who also repped the seller on the deal.

“Luckily, I was able to negotiate a price that worked for both parties and the deal went through really smoothly.”

The one bedroom, 1-bath unit at the Downtown Club luxury condo on West Street has an open floorplan, gourmet island kitchen with Sienna wood cabinetry and black granite countertops, and a bathroom with imported Creama-Marfil walls and floors.

As architects, the new owners plan to embark on a complete gut renovation to truly make this home their own.

“While the new owners haven’t started the remodeling yet, I look forward to seeing their reimagined home. It’s bound to be spectacular,” said Pedicini.
