The Spot Experience, a fast-growing dog services provider, has launched a dog service amenity program for The Millennium Tower, the luxury condo near Lincoln Center.
As part of the program, Spot offers an array of dog services to building residents, giving them full-scale access to both in-house and off-site pet care.
Spot’s program for the tower has begun with a majority of the dog-owning residents already having scheduled informational tours or started on specifically tailored service packages.
“Our program is the ultimate amenity for the dog-owning tenant, providing white glove service to residents in this luxury building,” said Mitch Marrow, CEO and founder of The Spot Experience.
“We offer the highest caliber of care and a trained staff of veterinary technicians and animal behaviorists, giving residents comfort knowing all dog walkers and pet sitters entering the buildings are experts with the required certifications.”
The dog amenity program provides residents with a complimentary Spot membership along with exclusive discounted services and priority access to daycare, cage-free overnights, dog walking, transportation, grooming and training services at Spot locations in New York City.
Spot’s Upper West Side store at 72nd Street and Columbus Avenue is only a few blocks from the tower, but Spot also provides a designated shuttle service, which includes trained dog handlers for pick-up and drop-off of pets.
Located at West 67th Street, The Millennium Tower is a mixed-use building that also contains a 12-screen movie theater complex including an IMAX theater, a 117,000 s/f health club, and retail space.
“The Spot Experience’s dog amenity program is a nice addition to the top-tier concierge services we offer our residents at this luxury pet-friendly building,” said Bob Cohen, board member of The Millennium Tower.
“We are excited to be working with a quality pet services provider such as Spot to offer our residents trusted care for their dogs.”
