The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) held its summer cocktail party at Manhattan House last week. Members of AREAA received a market update from executives from Wells Fargo, the event’s sponsor, and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. AREAA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting sustainable homeownership opportunities in Asian American communities. New York chapter members include real estate agents, mortgage specialists, developers, and other housing professionals from all cultural backgrounds. Guests enjoyed sunset cocktails at the private rooftop Manhattan Club with panoramic views over the Upper East Side.
