AECOM Technology Corporation’s Tishman Construction operation is serving as construction manager of critical infrastructure and interiors for Sentinel Data Centers and Russo Development’s new joint venture in Orangetown, N.Y.
The greenfield data center is part of a new build-to-suit mission critical project with a large financial institution end-user.
Comprising 131,000 s/f, the single-story facility will provide over seven megawatts of critical power capacity when the low-voltage fit-out is complete.
The project is pursuing LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.

Construction of the Orangetown data center is currently underway with completion expected mid-year 2014.
