The Dana Commercial Team at Douglas Elliman has signed three new tenants at 300 East 59th Street on Second Avenuee.
Urbangreen Furniture has leased a 2000 s/f store at 1104 Second Avenue, the northeast corner of 58th Street in the building known as 300 East 59th Street.
Urbangreen is a home furnishing company that originated in Brooklyn. The company specializes in locally designed and handcraft wooden furniture. This will be its third location.
Gary Dana, Rick Dana and Chris Dana of The Dana Commercial Team at Douglas Elliman, represented both the landlord and the tenant in the 10-year deal.
The team also helped NYC Counseling lease a 2000 s/f office on the third floor of the building at 300 East 59th Street for a ten-year term. TVicus Partners LLC, represented the tenant.
S. M. Godwin Inc. & McIver-Morgan, Inc., a home improvement consulting firm, leased a 3800 s/f office for a seven-year term in a deal broker by The Dana Commercial Team and Prime Manhattan Realty.
