Compass launches fourth East End office in Southhampton

Technology-driven real estate platform Compass can now add Southampton to its list of East End locations. The company will soon occupy a 3,900 SF storefront location at 30 Nugent Street in the heart of Southampton Village. This marks Compass’s fourth Hamptons location since launching on the East End just three months ago.

“With the addition of our Southampton office, I’m excited to say that Compass now operates in four locations in the Hamptons including Bridgehampton, East Hampton, and Sag Harbor, ” said Robert Reffkin, Co-founder & CEO of Compass. “These multiple locations will help us to better serve our agents and Clients across the East End.”

Compass launched its first Hamptons location in early October in Bridgehampton at 2405 Main Street under the leadership of Hamptons Regional Vice President Ed Reale. The firm has since opened additional offices in East Hampton at 53 Main Street and in Sag Harbor at 84 Main Street.

Compass is also growing its talented agent presence. Jonathan Davis, who worked alongside his father and top Hamptons producer Tim Davis, recently joined Compass from Corcoran. The Southampton native possesses intimate knowledge of the local market, and has developed a powerful clientele base in other luxury markets such as Palm Beach, Miami, and Los Angeles.

“I am thrilled to join a dynamic company like Compass at this point in my career. Their national network of exceptional agents, technology, and tremendous in-house support will help to grow my business,” said Davis.
