Colombian cookery star opening in West Village

The Worldwide Leasing Team of Faith Hope Consolo and Arthur Maglio at Douglas Elliman arranged a lease for SoFresco at 95 Greenwich Avenue in the West Village.

SoFresco signed a 15-year lease for the 1,100 s/f space where it will serve up fresh takes on traditional Colombian fare for its first New York City location.

“The West Village is an iconic and historic neighborhood that has always been a magnet for restaurants,” said Faith Hope Consolo. “SoFresco will add a Latin vibe with a taste of Colombia that will complement the diverse culinary community here.”

The Faith Consolo Team exclusively represented the Landlord and the tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.
